A Juice A Day

It’s the beginning of a new year so that means everyone is committed to exercising and eating right.  And right now, juicing is the biggest trend out there.

I’ve been a fan since the husband and I got a juicer a couple of years ago but I admit, I haven’t been the most consistent with using it.  I definitely go through my phases where I juice everyday and then I let the juicer rest for, hmmm… lets say a couple of months! Shameful, I know. But like many others, part of my intention for the year is to do better. Lucky for me, all the enthusiasm across the web has given me great ideas for new juice and smoothie combos.

Here are some that I have added to my short list:

1. Beet, Apple and Mint

2. Sweet Potato, Pear, Almond Mik and Cinnamon

3. Pineapple and Cucumber

4. Blood Orange, Grapefruit and  Tangerine

5. Pineapple, Papaya and Mint.
