Bubbly Bar. . .
Yesterday, Ladybird Dy gave us some great tips on preparing a beautiful and tasty Easter Dinner. Let’s take it up a notch and add a Bubbly Bar. Everyone loves Champagne and there is always something to celebrate. Whether you are doing an Easter brunch or dinner, add a Champagne bar with all the trimmings. I first saw this idea on Barefoot Contessa’s Cocktails for a Crowd episode, and I thought what a fab idea.
What you need. . .
Champagne and/or Sparkling Wine
Juices (orange, cranberry, guava, pineapple,lemon, and lime)
Grand Marnier, Brandy, and/or Chambord
Fresh fruit (berries, peaches, pineapple, limes, lemons)
Flutes (champagne glasses)
Have your guest make their own champagne cocktails, you can use the list of cocktails below as your guide or make up your own. . .
