Sweets for your Sweetie
I was originally going to write a post about rewarding myself with new workout gear since I’ve been on a good roll since the new year. But love is in the air! Valentine’s Day is only 3 days away and I thought something in the chocolate/sugar/sweet category would be more appropriate. I mean, it is a collective “cheat” day when we all get to indulge ourselves in a little something something, right? Well I’ve got a little round up just for you!

get your sweetie in on the fun and make a treat like chocolate truffles, together

or the two of you could try chocolate caramels
So maybe add 30 minutes to that treadmill or sneak in an extra workout over the next couple of days. We’ll look at some new threads for your yoga/barre/pilates class next week. This week is all about the love…and the sweets!
