After Christmas and Thanksgiving, Cinco De Mayo is my most favorite holiday! No, we don’t get a day off of work BUT, it is the day before my birthday so it’s a perfect excuse to get the party started early. And there is Always a party. Tradition has me at my favorite Mexican restaurant, where everyone truly knows my name, it’s my Cheers. I always look forward to enjoying the days festivities full of food, fun and Mar-ga-ri-tas!! Making margaritas at home has also become a favorite of my. I’ve talked about my beloved cucumber and jalapeno margarita and infusing your tequila at home, here. But there are so many variations of margaritas out there, you’re bound to find one that fits your fancy.

I am more of an on the rocks girl and these definitely caught my attention…
